Christy has held pivotal business development roles at KPMG/BearingPoint, RTI International, Noblis (formerly Mitretek), PATH, and Fidelity Investments. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations manage dramatic change – whether new products, new markets, new processes, or a dramatically changing competitive environment. She’s led all aspects of the business development process for awards ranging in value from $100,000 call center contracts to $45 billion indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) IT procurements.

Christy holds a B.A. in Foreign Affairs and Russian Studies from the University of Virginia, took graduate coursework at Harvard University, and earned her MBA from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. She’s trained in both AIM implementation management and Kotter’s change model. She is an active member of the Strategy and Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP), Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), and Project Management Institute (PMI) as well as Women in Defense, AFCEA, and the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA).
